All Guests will receive entry to the event as of 5:30 PM on July 19th, the event will run till 11:00 PM. All guests will receive a full buffet meal, access to games, vendors, and all areas outside of the VIP area. 

VIP guests will have access to all areas of the event including a special VIP room that will offer snacks and soft drinks. All VIP guests will receive priority entry at 4:45 PM on the night of the event and have access to meet and greet opportunities with the professors. VIP guests will receive priority assigned seating at the head of each house table to be closer to the head table. VIP will also receive 2 complimentary butter beer tickets and a surprise VIP swag bag valued at over $50.
